DEPUTY NATIONAL DIRECTOR, BATTLEGROUND VOTER PROJECT
Location: Remote
State legislatures are ground zero in the fight for democracy. Since 2017, Forward Majority has been at the frontline of the fight to accelerate Democratic power in the states. To date, we’ve mobilized over $120M to advance our mission.
We pioneered the Battleground Voter Project, our partisan voter registration program, in 2022, and built upon that success to scale up and register nearly ten times as many voters in 2023-2024. We are the only organization doing partisan field voter registration at scale, finding Democratic voters in the 50/50 battleground suburbs and small cities often neglected by other efforts. As we continue to build and scale our work in the years ahead, the Deputy National Voter Registration Director role is an essential leader on our Voter Registration team. This role will report to the National Director of Voter Registration and work closely with the Senior Program Managers and consultants on the areas outlined below.

- Knowledge of key performance metrics in electoral field programs, and of the tools and data pipelines used to track and interpret them including VAN and Google Suite. Familiarity with Blocks a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Is detail oriented and can multi-task across deliverables.
